The aim of this design was to create a villa on sloping terrain that maximizes the panoramic view in front of the site. To achieve this, a circular form was chosen, allowing the architecture to fully embrace the surrounding landscape.

Due to the steep slope of the land, the courtyard is divided into multiple levels, each serving distinct functions while maintaining overall continuity. The green spaces are arranged radially around the villa, following its curved geometry to create a sense of cohesion and visual harmony throughout the site.
